Coriano UK has been involved in the management of more than 160 SPV companies (many of which are multi-issuance structures), across our network. This includes some bespoke aircraft financing structures, a large asset-backed commercial paper vehicle, numerous collateralized debt obligation (CDO) and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) vehicles, and several US life settlement structures.

Our regulatory experience in each of our domiciles means that we are well established with local regulators, which is important as SPVs are now undergoing more regulatory review. We are independent of investment banks and law firms and offer a highly professional service, with a strong focus on corporate governance.
